Don't cover your pack with your jersey even in training.
Mask has way to much going on, loose the ears at least.
Don't roll your sleeves over your pads, if its too hot stick a damp towel under your jersey over your shoulders or just cowboy up and drink lots of water.
Try and hold the frame of your marker rather than walking the trigger without holding it.
It looks like your holding your hopper further out that your right eye. If you centre your gun abit better you'll have a better view of the field with a lower profile.
Just suggestions but worthy of note I think.
