What do you expect from a tournament?

Hi guys, please post up 3 things you expect from local or national tournaments, that you dont think you are getting at the moment or could be improved, and you expect consistency from...

No need to name and shame.


for me it would be


1. Health and Safety - Netting with holes, Metal bunker spikes etc Not acceptable.
2. Playing surface - its nice to dive on lush grass or turf
3. Field Size / Layout - MS layouts are best, random layouts are bad

1. Good competition. (Decent field layout would make this good as well)
2. Plenty of marshalls.
3. Incentive to win.

I think that things like netting without holes in *should* go without saying, but you never know...
