Ok boys and girls im on the verge of buying an A clamp! Does that mean it can only be used on a 232 bar dive tank?

Yup.

A-Clamp is only rated to 232 BAR.

Do you have a 232 or 300 bar dive tank?

no i dont have a scuba tank but i have a local dive store so im guessing they would most likely have 232 bar tank?

More likely than 300 bar.

Be a good idea to ask them to be honest. You could just get a 300bar DIN fit fill station and give them that to fill your bottle with.

Expanding on Skeets useful info.


Ask the dive shop if they would be able to get a fitting to adapt their hose to fill preset tanks. If not you could get your own personal fitting and take it with you.
