why is it that whenever i put the inners of a halo/pulse'd halo into a shell i manage to fit it in such a way that the shells put pressure on something causing the motor to struggle and the hopper not run correctly? :(

What do i do wrong?
any help would be appreciated
Cheers

What does it sound like when it's rubbing? As in is it a rubbing noise or a clunking noise?
errrm. well doesn't the motor buzz anyway? it just spins a lot lot slower

Check the drive cone is not clipping the inside bit by the raceway feed neck...

Cliff...:)
its not that. if i turn the hopper on when its not in the shells its fine. and when i do fit the shells its the feedneck area of the shells when brought together cause the sluggish motion

I'd take the internals out of the shell and turn it on, see if the motor is still struggling.

and of course check the batteries.

I've taken apart a few halos and never had a problem like yours.

I can't see how the shells could put that much pressure through the plastic shell of the motor unit. The shaft sticking through the bottom of the motor unit could be pressing against the shell.
