whats it mean by pro skill what does that up? i been largely ignoring so far

Pro skill ups your salary (money/hr). IMO, you're better spending skill points on attack/defense, then pwn the fools with money and take it off them. You may have noticed that you still have yours, welcome to the PGi team

Im completely lost now....

I need more paintballs and I have $1000 to spend, but it wont let me buy anymore paintballs.

You can only buy the amount needed to fill your hopper, not any smaller denomination. So if you have 80 paintballs and a max capacity of 100, you'll need at least $2000 to buy any. You'll have to wait until your hourly salary comes around to buy some if you haven't got any paint left to attack someone with cash. Christ, why the hell am I up at quarter to 3 advising someone on how to play an RPG
