I know theres a few lads on here that have had work done with stinger so I'm hoping someone can answer a few questions:)

I put in a order with them for a custom set of grips/shells and backplate and got an automated response via email. Does anyone know roughly how long they take to make contact and confirm the design etc and send me a bill?
Also do the they send you a draft of the design before proceeding or do they just go right ahead using the info you/I provided?

Only asking as I need a rough E.T.A for the job to be done and have got no response from my emails aside from the automated one.

P.S does anyone know if they refuse designs on the basis of them being rude or whatever?!?!?!:p

I have no concrete time but Khanzo on here got some and they can't of taken more than a week or two to send him his designed ones.

Give him a PM he'd be able to tell you. :)

I paid by paypal and sent my design when i ordered and they took about 10 days to arrive.
They let you know when they have been posted back to you.

I have had 1 set of shells and 2 sets of grips and stinger have been fantastic each of the 3 times I have used them.

I tried completing my order using there online form but as it is a custom job it was pretty difficult to explain the design in the limited space allowed on there form, so I emailed them with pictures etc etc as it says to do on there site.

I have not paid them yet as it says they will contact me with a cost before proceeding.....thats the bit I'm interested in, how long it takes for them to contact me (aside from the automated response i've had so far).

Failing that is it exspensive to call america these days lol....I know they have a good rep for doing the work quickly, but I'm assuming thats upon reciept of payment. At this moment in time I am unable to pay them as I dont know the cost lol

Mr Renton, do you have a direct email for Tracy?? the standard stinger email just bounces back automated responses:confused:
