My suggestion would be is to buy a clear shell hopper & spray them with a translucent paint, then a coat of lacquer on top to protect it, i can do this if you wanted on either an egg or halo as these are the only hoppers i have with clear shells...Let me know so i can work out a cost for you as i don't think you can get translucent coloured hoppers in the UK as far as i am aware only across the pond in USA..

Cliff use tamiya polycarbonate paint, they do translucent colours. You can paint the inside of the shell and it never wears off.
