Installed an SL-74 on my ego7 today and it sticks ever so slightly.

There is a very small amount of side play on the trigger (less than 1mm) but it is enough to cause it to stick occasionaly. I've used both the SL and ego7 trigger seat but there is no change.

It sticks on the opto switch. there is a small mount o material that I think I can remove (with a saw :)) just wanted to see if anyone had any great ideas.

MY artistic diagram.

Bob, try loosening the board screws, move your board around so the trigger wont catch. There should be a small amount of play for the board to do this.
Hope this helps, ive never had this problem. But ive noticed the new 07 CP trigger i have installed, has the activation arm sit slightly higher than the stock.

the sl74 trigger wont fit the 07 frame properly, you will find that the bottom point of the trigger hits the frame before the back stop screw which removes the adjustablity of the trigger.
