Is it both sides & whats the condition like + does it come with the battery door & screws.?

Yeah its both sides and comes with the battery door, I used it about 5 times then changed the shell. There are no screws with it as they went onto the other shell but all the nuts are still with it. I would say its in good condition and has no cracks etc..

I'll post pics of the pants tomorrow evening when I can find my camera cable
