ok that's great but what if you DID want the marker ? and some one comes along and offers more money to try and take it away from you ?
its called gazumping and i find it unacceptable. if the buyer want to put it up for auction then fine. but glad its worked out for both parties in this case. Johathan i was protecting you in this, and as i saw it HOR5EY just got there to late.
