What i do when i'm Paintballing is just a regular soccer slide check, it's easy, and efficient, especially of you've played soccer all your life

i think a good slide to do, which is what i use, is a nooby football tackle slide, i use it all the time, dont know if any others do ? or if they have a better way then please share with me, but thats the slide i use at the moment

i used to play baseball and that is the slide i use and works for me i think you can pop up quick ready to shoot faster than a superman and look at the
dynasty dysected 2 dvd they talk about sliding in that

i keep hearing people talk about baseball slides, is there any videos of showing this ? as i dont know what a baseball slide is ? a bit conufsed at the moment ?
