Lookin for good first time marker, relativley cheap

my asvice is simple, TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!!

ask a few guys where you play if you can try out there markers, i tryed and io and loved it, so i got one of those!

reaserch mate, saves a lot of cash in the end

agreed with pheonix, if you're lookin into an ion or SLG, try second hand, iv seen lots of upped ions quite cheap.
ions, SLG's - good markers, just make sure you try them out and compare, you may hate the one you were hoping to get.
i'd also think about a pmr? they're pretty good/cheap too.

As for Markers, I would recommend the Ion or SLG if your budget is around £100-150, or if you could stretch a little higher getting the PMR would be a good investment.

funnily enough Lips do proto's at the same price BZ do as well.

£152 is a standard industry price at the minute just paintball are just trying to make it look like there giving you more of a discount.
