PM7 Problem ??

Hi guys,

I just need advice on a Proto Matrix 7 - I got it as a back up to my ego and at training today - gassed it up and it would'nt cycle. I checked all wiring connections - as I heard they had a problem with connectors. When pulling the trigger I could hear the solenoid clicking. It would fire one shot which sounded very hot and then nothing when gassed up - very weird.

I turned the eyes off etc.

I also tried adjusting the LPR and the Hyper 2 - but no success.

Any advice guys - if not - who is the UK Dye Dealer for service and repair ?

Just aired it up again after stripping the bolt down and regreasing all orings - again fired 1st shot then nothing but a poping sound coming from the solenoid.

I would try checking that dwell has not been set too low for some reason. It should be on 18.

That was spot on mate - just reset the dwell and the lpr and Hyper2 and it is working a treat. What a fab little marker.
