Nike LandSharks or other high-top style boots with studs, not blades. Blades can be dangerous as they make you more prone to twisting your knee or ankle. Studs allow a bit more rotation, therefore the possible stress on your knee/ankle will be reduced.

And make sure you pick up plastic/rubber studs, not metal or metal tipped ones, as a lot of SupAir fields will not allow these.

werid that really that people spend £100's on playing kit, toursers etc and £1000's on marker set-ups...

Yet when it comes down to the bit that actually makes contact with the floor, supplies you with grip and speed etc everyone buys the cheapest things about

i personally hate blades. so easy too twist your ankles or knee's wearing them.

i have a pair of cheap and cheerfull footie boots. cost me about £10 in the sale :)

I agree with this statement from Tremor. (And not just cos he a team mate). I bought a pair of Nike studded footy boots for about £25. They are comfy and I have no problems wearing these all day. Bloody grippy too. When the weather warms up and the ground dried out I'll switch to my astro boots.
