Indeed, gadget beat me while i was looking it up, with the aid of a microscope ;)

Cunningly, they seem to have flipped the shaft through 180* in the exploded diagram to confuse us

Yeah, there isn't one in the tool kit, and only 1 in the spares kit :(

As this seems to be a bit of an Achilles heel (though most of the time I have found that just cleaning the o-ring and re-seating it with a drop of Love Juice does the trick) if you find a supply I would be up for a few. I can't see that the new ram is much different, just a new hammer, when the Fly/Magno parts finally get here ;)

While you're here, is there an update on your board software yet? Mine shoots like a beast with your board and one of Ralph's triggers.

Thanks guys, I never noticed before that the grease/lube doc had the o-ring sizes on

To be fair, it's had a year of being beaten into the dirt with very little maintenance on my part so it's about time something started leaking. It's been leaking on and off for a couple of weeks but now it's at the point where a quick dose of Love Juice doesn't fix it any more.

As for software: yes, I know I've been slack getting the software updater out, work of all types has been filling all my available time! The updater has been ready for a while, but I was trying to get a shiney website up to host everything. Need to rethink my priorities! I'll get the updater online tonight and post a link for it. The current firmware is now version 1.06, which has the new Millennium mode as a preset, as well as a few tweaks including better eye logic and some power saving improvements.

If the leaks comming from the ramshaft, changing the little oring might not cure the leak. Dirt might have got into the ram itself, then you will have problems with the internal seals .

OK, a trip to Maplin and £2.99 later I have a set of 225 metric o-rings, most of which will be totally useless but there are 20 6x2 o-rings. So if anyone wants to buy a 224-piece o-ring set, yours for a fiver ;) Or if anyone else needs a couple I'll pop them in the post. Peter, I'll send you a few of them tonight.
