Paintball Mansion. Rooms for Let - Sorted Mods please delete

Hello all,

Mods i apologise if this isnt according to rules? it's a paintball house so hoping i'll get away with it.. (I'm sure I've heard that somewhere before..)

Ok we have a couple of rooms to rent in the Paintball Mansion due to a couple of people leaving

Ok facts are below:

5 Bedroom Semi Detatched Awesome house, Large garden, Patio, BBQ, Double garage, Shed for extra storage, modern furnishings, Bar, Living room with projector Entertainment system, Seperate shower and Bath, Large drive and on road parking, 3 min walk to Stoneligh train station with Direct line to waterloo (20mins), and guildford, buses to Kingston and Epsom. 5 mins from A3, 10mins from M25.

2 Bathrooms,
5 Bedrooms,
Good size Kitchen
Big Living room

So what's on offer:

1 Large Master bedroom (£350p/m)
1 Smaller bedroom, still with room for a double bed (£270p/m)

because all of the current tenants play paintball and or work in the industry.

The house tends to get used as a paint strorage facility for both of our two fine English pro teams. Sometimes we make forts and play cowboys and Indians with the boxs. Ok that's not quite true, (well... Maybe once..... Or twice).

At weekends there either tends to be one or two players from one team or another sleeping on the couch, or every one is away at an event or training and the house is all yours.

The house is located in KT19 which is Stoneleigh, in between Kingston and Epsom in Surrey, great location for getting almost anywhere.
