Right people basically i need the circuit diagram of the board that has the eyes attached, preferably, or the value of the halleffekt component on the board (burnt out and needs replacing, but looks as if the tracks have been taken out with it, in which case a new board needs building / buying :()

any help what so ever would be greatly appreciated!

You could pickup a board for less money than the amount of effort it will take to lash it up.

Stick up a wanted post. I am sure someone with an upgraded board will be willing to sell the stock one for fairly cheap.

The part is a SOT23 package with the marking 1451. It is a switched output (not linear), and the pinout is the same as this chip:

http://www.winson.com.tw/Data Sheet/WSH130NL.pdf

but I have no idea what flux level would be needed, or even whether you need one that responds to N or S magnetic field, so I don't know if the part referenced above would work properly. I did try searching to find which part or manufacturer the 1451 code corresponded to but with no luck. These boards are made in China so they may be chips that aren't even readily available in the rest of the world.
