New Eclipse elbow pads!

I was just wondering if the new 08 elbow pads have a hard plastic cover on the out side i shouldnt think it does but the photos i have seem are suspect to have hard shell? could someone clear this up for me please...they just look like they have hard plastic, like skateboad elbow pads

Nope, they're squidgy, and very VERY bouncy
