yes, bring your own stuff, shouldn't be a problem

By Tube - Jubilee Line
Alight at Canary Wharf underground station on the Jubilee line and leave the station via the two sets large escalators leading to the exit at the front of the station.
When you come out of the station you should have a forecourt to your right full of clocks with 'All Bar One' and 'Smollenski's' on either side. Walk towards the clocks.
You will see two sets of stairs on the right and left leading up onto the main road. Go up these stairs.
At the top turn right onto South Colonade and then walk straight ahead. As you walk you should be able to see the Millennium Dome ahead of you.
Keep following this road to the end of the Canary Wharf estate. At the end there is a grass roundabout called 'Cartier Circle'.
On the far side of the roundabout is a small security guard port-a-cabin. Next to this is a steel staircase leading down.
From the top of these stairs you can see The Paintball Centre. There are two large steel warehouses straight ahead, we are in the one marked number 4.
At the bottom of the stairs follow the road, as you near the dock at the end the road bears to the left. Continue to follow the road until you reach a large set of steel gates with our sign on your left hand side.
Once through the gates follow the drive around to the front of the warehouse.

By Docklands Light Railway - Canary Wharf
Depending on which platform you get off at you will either find yourself in a shopping Mall or an underground central area leading to the four DLR platforms up escalators leading out onto the main road on either side.
If you find yourself in a shopping Mall (either looking at Tesco or a Women's sports clothes store called 'Sweaty Betty's' go down the escalator immediately in front of you.
At the bottom turn and walk behind the escalator through the doors and into the central area mentioned above. Do not continue down the second set of escalators.
Once you are in the main central area go out of the doors that lead you onto the main road on the side of the off license and flower stall.
Once through the doors turn left onto South Colonade and walk straight ahead.
You should pass the Jubilee Line station on your right, keeping the tower on your left. As you walk you should be able to see the Millennium Dome.
Keep following this road to the end of the Canary Wharf estate. At the end there is a grass roundabout called 'Cartier Circle'.

By Docklands Light Railway - Blackwall
When you get off the train go down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs bear to your left and follow signs for the Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf.
This will take you on a pedestrian path under the road. Follow the path.
At the end when the path takes you up to the road again, turn left so that McDonalds is behind you.
You should be facing an Ibis Hotel. Turn right and walk straight down this road.
You are now in Prestons Road and should be walking next to a large brick wall on your right.
Continue straight ahead towards the blue bridge and the three large cranes. The Millennium Dome will be on your left.
Just before the blue bridge you will see two large warehouses on your right.
There is a small right hand turning (after the warehouses but before the bridge) by a children's nursery. Turn right into this road.
The entrance to The Paintball Centre is a short way along this road through a large set of steel gates on your right hand side.
Once through the gates follow the drive around to the front of the warehouse.

Canary Wharf is good for mid week night trainning, but cant compete with SQ or D7's at weekends imo

Actually no it isn't. It is a PGi Forum which means you read the rules and adhere to them.

Pair of plums chatting like schoolgirls about their next shopping day out. Swap phone numbers via pm, email, MSN, ANYTHING.

This is a forum, not a bloody chat room.

Both of you first and final warning.

As for point C, remember YOU are the new guy. you could very soon be the new guy who was banned so quickly for being an arse........
