someones bound to have an old mech gun they would sell cheap, then all you would need is a steel air system (£45 new) and a 200 shot gravity hopper for about a fiver. Then if youve any spare money you can buy a better barrel.
all those are reliable, it may be worth phoning up to check if theyve got what you want in stock before you order.

a better marker? I bought a JT 3.5e and some other rubbish bits as a package deal when I started out and regretted it so quickly. You're better off saving up and buying a good second hand marker. For 150 quid you could get an Ion and a 0.8L steel HPA tank and maybe a hopper as well. It's worth spending money on a good mask though, and that should be your first priority. It's no fun, but sometimes it's better to wait and do things properly, rather than rushing in. That's just my experience.
