If he had whacked HP on and it naffed up, whose problem is it then, yours!

Thought He fart and S**t himself is what he did for those not privelidged enough to have heard the saying before.
I get that your trying to help but if you don't know or have a bit of doubt please don't give out advice when it comes to tech stuff that could damage someone's pride and joy, thinking something is on someone's website, fine, not hatrmful (unless the website gives him a virus or something) if you had said it IS HP i wopuldn't have any problem with that, I would have still chimed in and said you can use LP but HP is recommended because the kid could have a LP bottle and be gutted that he had to use HP when it's not the case.
There's a lot of "I think its fine" goes on on here, I know sod all about angels so I stay out of angel threads (unless there is a prime Al bashing opportunity of course) as I don't really wish to know as it's very unlikely I'll have to work on one. All I'm asking is if you don't know or are unsure don't post up potentially gun damaging advice.
Please don't take this personally, I know I've quoted you and everything but it's just because it's an example of what I'm getting at an now seemed like a nice time to have a good old chelp about it, see it for what it is, a bit of chelping with some advice in there (somewhere).
