Yeah I crawled out of my tent at 6:30am after our team captain banged on it shouting, get up there is 6 inches of snow out here. Didn't believe him until I walked out in to the what looked like the south pole in the middle of a blizzard.

Would of gone home then and there if it wasn't for peoples optimism that it would clear up by 9am. Glad I didn't though, was a fun if not cold day.

I'll think you'll find it was F***ING cold and bloody snowy, oh yeah you only had to stand in it fro 7 games....not 40!

I had to clean bunkers with snow and a sponge.

Looked like it was a fun day in the end. Most of the fields had thawed and it was green and muddy like any other British tourney after a few hours, apart from when the blizzard started again at about 3pm!
