Warranty on a PE shaft barrel?

Well I have an Aurora shaft barrel with a crack all the way down. I know that flaking isn't covered but this is a little bit more than that. I'll get a photo soon as I can but basically the crack goes from the front in a straight line to the back.

I've been told to say it was caused by cold but I'm honest so I'll say it was a bad slide at the IXL in Ireland. I know you'll say call Planet but it's the holidays so I'm not sure if they'll be open, if it's not covered I don't want to bother them and it's an international call from here.

cut the guy some slack man he thought it was a holiday so if he thinks that no one is their to answer the phone how are they going to email ?

emails dont need to be picked up to get answer. So if he sends it, they will pick it up when they are back in (which we have now established, they are cause England is not on holiday till friday/monday)

I will have you know Paul (whupass) and I are very good mates actually. I was there on saturday when it happened, we like to give each other some stick every now and then if thats ok by you.

Paul also knows he can get in touch with me at any time for advice or help. He also knows that if I was out of order he can perfectly well stand up for himself.

Paul drop me a text whenever mate.

you will see in my first post i address him by his real name which isn't mentioned anywhere. I don't need to justify myself to you or anyone else Markie, you are jumping in feet first where you have no need.

Believe me if Paul had taken offence, I most certainly would have edited my post and apologised, however thats the stick and sh*t we give each other face to face so i will thank for your comments and ask you to keep them to yourself from now on.
