but if there is nobody down other than the 'outlawz' like when we were last down does it really matter if its shut for a weekend?

he has a compressor and a field.. we pay for the paint we use so it costs nothing extra to open it for ourselves adn disruption... why close a site?.. surely playing/running drills is better than not playing at all...
well yeah thats my point, i could happily run through drills and playing games vs my team all day, but you guys seem content on getting people down to your site to train with, if your so arsed about having another team to play with why dont you go to their site....

Rob is in our team but also he also owns the site, if Disruption turn up each weekend he needs to be there to get the field set up for them which also means he cant just leave the site, he likes to keep a watch over things since it is his business. In order to play as a team we need to be at the site for when Rob is there to train with.. it defeats the point if we train without key players.
We happily run drills and play 2on2 3on3 at the moment, and i do understand your point about travellin to play against teams. which is why i posted earlier if there were any offers on that...

your turning this into a pissing contest , if your happy playing events, no one has got a problem with that . some people want to get better ,with getting better you have to put the time into the training ground , do you think footballers or any other sportsman just rock up to game or events, even most sat afternoon players , have practice once a week.
If your just interested in having fun and playing events more power to you.
My point from the top of page ,Paintball in the UK is dire need of these sites for new players to come though with out costing them 100 pound every week , its not an advert for just D7s north ,plain and simple without people putting the effort in set these sites up , we are reliant on events to bring players though and local 5 man events don’t give enough bang for your buck , you play 8-9 games at around 2 mins if that ,is that really worth 100 quid !!
All I want is there to be a future for the sites and more importantly the players .

how am i? i see the outlawz guys always asking for other teams to come down to their site and train with them week in week out.... i asked a question about them traveling to the other teams, they gave a reason for why they couldnt..... is that really a pissing contest???
where have i once said i dont train? i train most if not every weekend, also no i dont think most tournies are worth their money but i still play them as i like competing vs other teams, plain and simple.....
Outlawz are very lucky to have a guy who plays on there team that owns the site it has a Millennium set up with 4500 air on site,this is not some half arsed site ,So it would make sense for them ask people to come along to there set up , no?
I know of only 2 Available MS setups in the country with the new add on kits ,this has last years set up , soon they will have the add on kit as well.
As for the north , I don’t know anywhere else where the field is blown up and ready to play for 9 am every weekend all that for 15 quid ,

To be honest seany, without asking people to come and train, there would be even less teams training! The outlaws offering the other domestic teams out there to come and train with them is opening opportunities. Kudos to the Outlawz and Rob
Oh and as for training every weekend seany,...B*****ks! Your sleeping with them type of animals you call women instead! ( if your a plat you will know )
