Dom an SLG would do you well but if you can aford the extra £30 then it would be well worth it or even a PMR SE which you won't have to upgrade.
Just remember the Tart Parts are well renowned for bad quality in their lower end markers!

go for it the slg is well worth the money, get a new trigger and a clamp feedneck away you go. speak to neil at heaven will do you a great deal on one

To answer your original question they can go up to 30bps on the stock board, and are great value for money considering they come fitted with the Hyper 3 reg (stock on all Dye/Proto '08 markers). Only downside I found (after the feedneck) is they are pretty loud straight out the box, but get a decent barrel (Un1tec, UL etc) and it should quieten down.

PMR Pros:
- Smaller/Lighter
- nearly twice the efficiency of a PMR
- less maintenance
PMR Pros:
- You can put a UL Frame on it
- Shoots a bit 'smoother'
