is my tank broken??

hi every1 i bought a 3000psi 0.8l hpa tank of here and (its my 1st tank btw) and when i went to get it filled using an A-clamp fill sataion i also purchased to fill it up at a scuba place. they started to put air into it but it seemed to be coming out the two screws around the top of the tank

the screws at 12 oclock and 3 oclock

is the tank got a leak or is it supposed to do this?

is it pissing out or just a little leak if it is a little leak then it needs a bit of a twist to tighten them but dont mess with it too much as they are dangerous!

Those screws are burst discs.
They are designed to fail if you put too much pressure in it. So it leaks out all the air.

Sounds like the burst disc has gone.





Either that or its a stako, i heard the stako liner is made from semtex, and the wrap is made from Beryllium.
