zap you can pick up for £25. dont pay no more because it isnt worth it and i guarantee it wont break in your barrel as it is so hard it doesnt break on impact alot of the time. it is generally used for site paint by delta force. and is bouncy as hell. good for woodsball scenario and walk-ons. as chris said draxxus frostbite is great paint.

there are also two ways to store paint. keep it cold it goes brittle but stays the same shape. keep it warm and it warps. i generally stick it in my room and roll it every day onto a different side or something, keeping it a room temperature is the best way i believe. you should be a paint expert at the end of all of these comments.:D

Just for reference for people that don't know, A Draxxus product such as Frostbite or Blaze which can typically be bought for between £25 to £30, purchased from a reputable seller who looks after their paint, will produce consistently good results if you get good bore to paint match and your marker is running as it should.
Yeah dude your on the money there i normally use Draxxus midnight or blaze in the summer and sterling winter/rec for the winter and i have never had any issues :). I have only EVER had 1 box of chronic as it costs the earth but it was like shooting bullitz.......man was it nice LOL :D.

We shot Frostbite and Xball silver (probo like 14-16box's) today for reasons out of our control. We were not able to shoot our paint (Severe cyclone), personaly i prefer the cyclone, as its smaller, better shell, less dimple's and flat spots, and most of all breaks on target 99% of the time. but it all comes down to what you can get hold of. All i can say is, find a paint you like, and stick to it.

Aye, Cyclone is awesome paint. Great size and consistent shape, breaks more or less every time, bright fill, barely get problems with breaks with it etc... I went a few months shooting bad paint, once we got hold of the Cyclone paint my god...it was like heaven. Best paint I've ever shot. Wouldnt want to shoot anything else to be honest.

blaze and an epiphany (from my experiance) dont mix in the winter no mater how much i take care of it etc, but like i said frostbite aslong as you dont warm it will run mint, the std freak jr barrel is .693 and with a kit i usually use about a .689 so you will be sweet.

Never used the other paint like the lads mentioned but chronic really is the dogs swingers but has to be used correctly and in truth i wouldnt use it in an epiphany at this time of year, same goes for the likes of helfire.

At 30 nick a box for frostbite i would rather pay the fiver in honesty. :D

edit:- size note we are not sponcered by draxxus etc before i get flamed etc :D

We shoot Tomahawk and it's great. I've never had problems with either, though I'd go with the Classic/Winter if it's really cold since the Finest is really fragile and is best for 7+ degrees weather. Porno is awesome too, and the box is cool as well lol.

Think that all you want mate, but I have used many types of paint and was very impressed with severes 'cyclone' brand. Even before we acquired sponsorship from severe.

I suggest you actually use the paint yourself and then judge.

Tomahawk is also awesome paint.^^

As with Draxxus, ZAP has different grades of paint. We had nothing but problem trying to shoot draxxus through our pm8's this year but it shot fine through our PM7's all last year. We decided to switch to ZAP and i'm pleased to say we havent had any problems with it either going through our markers or breaking on the opposition.

just because something is used the most, doesnt make it the best

i'm personaly very happy to be shooting ZAP for the rest of the season.
