Animal Paintball - Import charges?

Out of interest, was that £120 each time? Or in total?

I can check for you. I think the 2nd and 3rd times we managed to bounce it back like a non-delivery. I don't meen to badmouth Animal, they're a reputable company and have dealt with loads of teams, we just had a bad experience. They do have good customer service there just seemed to be alot of inconsistency with what Mondo told me on the phone and what actually happened. We had 3 different designs at Animal doing the redraw in the end, things got lost in translation and the first lot ended up looking like pyjamas (you can still see it on the animal site)

When you import always allow 30% on top of your bill for duty, handling charges etc, then if you don't get charged then you are happy.

Most of the time it's actually down to who the carrier is as to if you get charged, but you also get those days when customs check everything.

Didn't get stung on mine, but then again they where all sent from Animal to a guy in Georgia, then sent out from his address so I think that helped, plus it was just the one jersy, but they are nice jerseys, bit on the small side so be wary of that, pay the extra for sizing XXl and above, if you go that fat., Think it cost me a little over £35 inc. shipping which isn't grumble worthy

We purchased our Jersey's from Animal.

Everything went just fine.... until they arrived.....

They had some errors on them.

But I have to say that Mondo pulled out all the stops to get them fixed. And they refunded the postage back to them on my paypal account. They also fixed a couple of sizing issues free of charge. This really was our fault but they sorted it, no questions asked.

I would recommend them......

Oh, and we had to pay import duty too.......

i had my teams tops done by rhino
good printing, good stitching, quality product, oh and there in sheffield i think so a uk supplier
from sending design to getting the tops about a month
