Co2 3.5oz US

Ok, so i'm thinking of getting a phantom VSC from the states and I will probably end up with one with a sparklet changer, but I'm still looking to get a small CO2 bottle to use when I don't have any sparklets.

I will probably buy direct from wevopaintball.com and they sell 3.5oz CO2 tanks. whitewolfairsmiths give the following info on these size bottles:

3.5 oz DOT-3AL Cylinders "2 by 2 rule"
Retesting not required per the note under table 1 in 49 CFR part 180.205. The note reads, "Any cylinder not exceeding two (2) inches in outside diameter and less than two (2) feet in length is exempt from volumetric expansion testing.

So my question is, do I need to get the bottle retested once i get it over here because there are different laws in this country?
If the answer is yes, then i'd appreciate any info on how and where to get it tested

If i remember correctly in this country the 3.5 oz bottle doesnt need testing.

I've a 3.5 oz bottle as an expansion tank on my old automag, never had to worry about getting that tested.
