LOL, well the screw I received doesnt fit, but I thought I'd be nice

Or the threads could just be screwed, but the screw wont actually go into the hole, gets stuck a bit down.

And just realised my battery door is broken (the hole that the screw goes into is snapped ).

Are you sure that it's not the thread inside the shell end that might be knacked, & i don't think you can change them...As i have one of these spare, But if your careful enough you might be lucky...

Im pretty sure, as I used a different screw to keep the door in and it fitted and screwed in a lot better. But I need that screw to hold a part of the shell together, dont want to risk it cracking or falling apart.

You might want to check that it's not twisting inside the shell when you screw it in, & if it does check for any cracks around it + if there is some movement use some superglue to hold It in place & if all fails new shells...

Stuff arrived, cheers cliff.

Ok for sure now, the only problem left is the screw doesnt fit/screw in the battery door screw hole. Its the wrong screw a lot different to the rest.

So does anyone have a spare screw for the battery door hole?
