Seari put a brand new battery in it and it had been doing it for a while btw what is the SON time?
On
Time
Its the time that the sear solenoid, is activated for. If it is too short, then the sear will go down then back up again, before the sear lug has gone far enough not to get caught, so it gets caught. May take two or three pulls of the trigger before it fires.
This can also happen with a correct SON time, if the gun is gunked up, battery is low or sear lug is wound down too far.
