have you tried resetting the hpr, lpr and setting the board to all defaults?

might be the lpr unwound it all way wound back in and fires tho very hot
strip down time

I fitted my star frame and mine leaked like a bitch, and would not fire. Turned out it was the LPR removed it and lubed o rings and all was well.
