Cotton buds work pretty well.

Just dont take it in the shower like some nutter did a while ago, wondered why it didn't work when it dried

I've managed to get paint behind the buttons on the back especially the onn off button.

I just want to know if there's a good way to clean it because water doesn't really seem the best option. And Im not sure if you actually can get behind those buttons.

Better safe than sorry and with a broken etek!
