I know what it is

The fill nipple is in too tight, you need to take it out, PTFE tape the threads, and put it back in, not as far, happened with my stako, the nipple was too far in so the thing wasnt depressing to allow the air in or something or other, you just gotta remove the nipple and put it back in :)

orrrr you mean they cant fill it because they wont allow it?
Well then thats another matter Haha, the above posts will help you there :p

Dive shops havent got the right attachments to fill Paintball Air systems.

You need to get the right Air Reg, that fits onto a dive tank, then the Air system attaches to this, to allow it to be filled.

Why not ask your local paintball site if you can fill it there ? easiest option.

Yeah. The A clamp part fits onto a normal Scuba Tank and has a fill snap connector for our fill nipples on it.

Slap the A Clamp on a Scuba tank, bottle on the fill station, fill it (slowly) and your good.

As for the paintball site, if they use air, they should be able to fill it

A dive tank can take either Din fill or the A clamp. It depends what reg the DIVE tank has. I had a dive tank that could use either as the din fill has a thread that screws into the DIVE tank and the A clamp would fit on the other. Most DIVE tanks now have a universal fittiing where you can unscrew the A clamp fitting leaving the threads for a din fill rig.
I would phone the Dive shop and ask if their tanks are either DIN fill or A CLAMP then buy the fill station that complies with their tanks.
Simple really ;)

PS. like Skeet said :D
