this is going of marko's question but he's got his answer so i might as well ask here i was just wondering because i've got a pretty much stock ion and i dont know if its the gun or the hopper they both have brand new duracells in them but when im dry fireing i can shoot alot faster than with paint. so do you think the hopper just isnt keeping up with it because it shoots faster with paint and WITH THE EYE'S OF.

Yup.

Eggs tend to splutter and are not able to maintain a constant 15pbs.

I use a reloader b and the egg wont live with it but as a spare there ok and these days ROF is under 15. Plus the EGG are nice and simple turn on and rip.

I have same problem with angel when the batteries start getting low in the reloader b the hopper cant keep up with the marker new batts and ready to rip again.

ok ill try new battries but when this was happening the battries were new.

You ion board (if its stock) only does a max 17bps the y version is only capable of a max 17, thats the max but the motor has wear and tear and starts to slow down a little, so in truth your hopper will probs only feed at about 15 or less coz it has the slight pressure of pushing the paintball to so thats a small factor, likewise the motor doesnt go full whack like some hoppers do right from the word go it has to quickly accelerate. Thats most probs your answer

Cheers guys thought that was the case but better to ask the pro's its just a spare hopper.Weeble i had it of MJ2K7 seems a good guy
