I always like reffing, although it is a thankless task most of the time. Especially when you get grief from players who never tried it.

and j-doe does it realy matter how bad the player is?

I could ask a very similar question.

Refs are gonna make mistakes during a long day but i really don't think coming on here and slagging them off after every tournament is very productive. It was the same last month. It wouldn't be so bad if you knew what you were talking about.

Dont think players realise the bigger picture. Players will play 8 games ish, probbably make mistakes in at least one. The refs do 40+ games in a day and if they happen to miss one thing or make a bad call in a couple of games then its bit of bad luck if your on the recieving end of it, but really its not that bad if you look at the percentages.
