The SL66 that I have is clearly milled with XSV on it making it a XSV SL66 (mine is also annod in the 'ice cuba' colours', other XSV's included the 'troll' etc)

As far as I am aware, XSV used the Sl66 after the 05/06 as it was the flagship ego at the time. It was also milled for the team creating the title XSV SL66. I may be wrong.


Who cares;) I just wanna know if this gat is a standard or Sl?

Ok, well what I mean is...

The 05 Ego comes out and proves popular.

Eclipse sponsor the legend that was XSV and produce a Private label version of the 05 with the XSV logo etc on and sell it as their Flagship model at a high premium.

The Ego warhorse rolls on and soon, a new and improved version is released to the masses of baying ballers, named The 06 Ego.

Rumours of a new Flagship model appear and soon enough, Eclipse announce their continued sponsorship of XSV and will be supplying them with the super light, SL66 version of the 06, which of course, has the XSV milling on it, but is nowhere near as elaborate as the original, as the 06 Ego has had so much meat removed, there is no room for it.

Then the 07 appears, followed by the SL74, then the 08 appears followed by the SkeeT69.

So your SL66 is just that, not an 06 XSV or XSV SL66, because neither exist.
