Cheers boys, advice taken gratefully.

I only really wanted to change them to make the marker feel slimmer but you're right, I'd just be spending £££ on sommat I don't essentially need, LOL.

God dam it, I need to stop "hoarding" stuff or I'll need 2 kit bags! :D

Lots of things arent essential. But we still buy them.
Thats the reason paintball guns are available in colours other than black.

I think its a bit ridiculous to say that one set of grips is better than another, for everyone.
How can that be true when peoples hands are different shapes and sizes?

The stock ego grips may be better for some people, but for me they are rather wide and chunky.

If you can stand the peer pressure of not having stock grips, get whatever grips feel best to you.
But I must warn you, people from this thread could point and laugh and call you 'non stock grip boy', or Mr 'not the best grips'.

Don't think it has any thing to so with it at all.

The 07 grips and onwards are the slimmest around.

There is no other grips that are slimmer or have as much grip as the stock ones.

Unless you use them stupid plastic grips which are just a peace of plastic with a picture behind it.

OMG look what I've started! LOL - ok everyone take your shirts off, we're havin' a rumble ;) (ooo ello sailor).

Markie, didn't realise that the Stock Ego grips were as slim as, say, hybrid etc so that's my problem sorted.

John C - the stock grips feel really nice for my shape of hand, I just like the thought of my marker being a lot slimmer, which looks like it's not the case unless, as Markie said, I get those plastic plate-type ones which I don't particularly like (ooooh I can feel the blisters now, LOL)

Thanks for all the info, it's been an eye-opener for sure! Hehehe.

Just to add, I REALLY like the look of those Natural Born Killer grips on Lips' site, but they ain't listed for the Ego :(
