I'd consolidate everything into one big official league with lots of regional feeder series.

Feel free to discuss each others points, but you have to make a suggestion in your post! It can be anything, big or small, the radical to the downright impossible, but not like 'I'd make TendringLOEB disappear'... because that's just mean.

I'd do away with all the pretensions and illusions of grandeur, and get people just wanting to play and have a good time (be it compete at mills, rec/woodsball or whatever).

Or if that's too much, allow banadannas round the neck and untucked jerseys again
