There's Pikeys everywhere in Carlisle. They tend to ride horses sideways everwhere with no saddles blocking up roads and smoking.

Don't ever look up if someone asks you for a ciggerette, they don't want one, they're waiting for you to look up so that they can say 'What are you looking at?' and hit you.
