Can someone tell me if angel air cylinder fitted with blue reg is low pressure

i believe blue reg is low, and red is high,

How you mean check the pressure, do you mean check the output pressure?

get a Standard Donkey and fit it with a 0-1200psi guage... that will give you the output for your bottle
