“The Robbo Defense” is not valid. A person’s immediate safety is not at risk if the person was able to retreat from the situation,
including leaving the area. Escalating a situation also negates any claim of self-defense."

I typed it in to Google and it took me to the old Nexus homepage. Apparently it relates to a game Nexus played against Rage where Nexus were knocked out of the running by one point. It was later realised that Nexus should not have been down a point but nothing could be done as both Team Captains had signed the sheets. It was corrected later on.
