There is something not set up properly I would reckon. What are all your settings? Board settings, input gauge setting, barrel bore size?

it's had around 2000 balls through it.
Running at 280 fps on exactely 200 psi, everything is stock setting.
Not cleaned for a while? I've never had that bad efficiency on mine, I get about hopper and 2/3 pots per 1000. And it's running totally on stock because I'm lazy to change it.

Could get bigger air system (4500 psi) like a throttle etc.
