Hollyoaks beat them to it, about 3 months ago. 
But it raises a scary thought - we could in fact ruin the human race by inadvertantly inbreeding. Not in the next few years obviously, but could be possible in the long run.
Wonder what else they'll ban because it endangers the world, but will in turn take all the fun away...

What's really scary is the amount that it happens in inner city blocks.
i.e young mother has child and doesn't register/remember father, child grows up and gets it together with half sister/brother without anyone knowing.
It only comes to light when medical problems results in trips to doctors and revealing blood tests
