I have an Angel LCD with a Eclipse Bladeframe on it and there's no available aftermarket triggers for it..
So what I'm looking for is someone to make me a new trigger out of a lighter material like carbonfiber, delrin or something similar.

Where would I go about doing something like that and do any of you have suggestions for what material or style I should go for?
I'm most likely to go the magnetic return route either way.

pm ollgeeze on here. he may be able to help as he has experience making delrin trigger for egos and ions etc. from what i remember you would have to send him the trigger frame so he can measure it to fit, but if you are desperate it is worth a try.

Don't be silly, you can only 'mill' things with a milling machine or head, taking a dremel, saw, drill or file to something is just that.

If you're looking for magnetic return either the gun body or grip frame will need to be fitted with a magnet I should think.
pedant:rolleyes:

there is a lot of meat on that trigger you could remove material and reshape it using a dremel

(any better pete?)

There is alot of meat on the LCD blade trigger. But your quite limited with what you can remove and still keep a normally shaped trigger which can still house the grub screws etc

Its best to replicate the trigger as close as possible in a lighter material.

The LCD blade trigger is also quite flat, and can be cut out quite simply from a flat sheet of plastic, the same thickness as the width of the trigger (or slightly wider, if you want to file it down to fit exactly).

A long time ago we made some triggers for the LCD blade frame, out of sheet polycarbonate.
They were really nice but quite brittle...

So I can only echo what Dusty said and recommend you get hold of ollgeeze and get some made from delrin.
His stuff is top notch. (maybe I can help out by sending him a blade trigger to copy, I might have a spare kicking around)

I sendt them an email and asked just before I made the thread, but seeing as they're over alot of ponds down in Australia I'd like to avoid it to minimize shipping costs.

I'm going to try and get a hold of him and ask.. I have a spare frame actually, but if you could do that I'd appreciate it seeing as you're a bit closer :)

Unfortuantely vengard having the eclipse frame on it will seriously limit you as it in itself is an after market frame.
if you go back to the stock frame it ill certainly open more options
I like this frame better, it's the reason I have two of them :p
