ok so i just got back .....
so its "company policy" not to give refunds, though i was offered any of the up and coming bank holiday nights in the backstage and vip area for two nights, which i know i said i wouldnt go back but for that i will as they are pretty rare, (my girlfriends made up about it too)
so there you go complaining does go along way though i did do it nicely and professionally,
