My ariel is a realllllly ****e one but i found that if you practically nail it to the ceiling (or hook it onto the upper window handle) it works, so do you not just need to find the best place for it?

when you get contractors doing install the service will allways be crap,,, an average install should take around 4hrs and we get roughly 10 installs a day. so quite a bit of butchering goes on,, i installed my property my self and i have never had a problem with any of my services . im on 20meg and get pretty damm close to it all the time..my tv nerver breaks up perfect picture all the time unless the actual broadcast is corrupt i.e live football games .. when branson finally realizes the amount of money he is losing something might be done to improve on services... till then i will carry on doing my 10 jobs and getting home for around 3pm
