I could be wrong, but I thought that 300fps only applied to the UKM7/UKM Lite/Proto X-ball Lite/CPL Lite... etc

But just chickidy-check the rule-book perhaps

the last few tourneys has been 280, I think Wendy will let us know on the day due to weather etc... Am thinking it will be 3layers and 300FPS if it stays cold.

the limits as far as i know will be the same as last year, 280fps semi capped at 15.4bps for 5 man

m7 will be 300fps and capped at 15.4bps in millemium ramp, kickin 7.5 sustain 7.5.

If the temperature is under 10c (its england so probably ) there will be 3 layers, 1 playing shirt, 1 long sleeved tshirt (if not wearing elbow pads) shortsleeved if wearing elbow pads and a thin jmuper, fleeces and hoodys do not consitute a thin jumper

and i always take the rules from the top of my head (my head having the millenium rulebook burned into it)

just got to decide what i want to ref, 5 man or m7 not sure yet. If i still feel the way i do it will have to be 5 man.
