if div 1 is going to be the same format as spl and cpl then how are they going to stage it?

surely that would mean they would need the pits next to the field like spl and cpl. With double the teams though it might get a bit messy!

any whispers? or are we going to have to run the half mile to the pits to get cleaned and potted up in 30 seconds.....i would say it sarcastically but i can honestly see it happening....

Well "off the record" it will be xball lite for div. 1 as well and the regular 5-man for the lower division, as we´ve heard loads of times now.

But yeah - think we really need some sort of official word soon ? Does the div. 1 need to be "team owned" as well ? Entry fees paid in advance etc. etc. etc. ? LOADS of unanswered questions still !

I´m thinking the space issue wont be a problem really, if they work it out like in CPL/SPL that also means they would only need half the space for the "normal" players area (just for div. 2 + M5) - which then really leaves more space for everything else on the venue...

So they cut down the normal players area - and then have the extra room for div. 1 pits instead (depends on layout of course), which probably will work just as for SPL/CPL with only 4 teams at a time (2 teams currently playing and the 2 for the next game).

4 each - all other teams set up outside of that (but still in a "restricted area" for SPL/CPL), so there IS actually loads of space !
