OMG, completely forgot about this issue that planet has with the gun they released a year ago, would look like maybe some manufacturers do release underdeveloped/tested products on to the market after all.

This is not a dig at planet btw just confirmation of all manufacturers having issues with released products...personally I blame the "must release a new gun every year" culture ..I can only imagine this somewhat cuts down on soak testing ,complete supposition on my part of course...

The difference with Planet in both instances is that they openly admit the issue as soon as it comes to light. Also posting it in every possible net location so you cannot miss the fact there is an issue. WDP on the other hand??

The solenoid issue on 07's was down to an internal problem with the noid. A fault of the solenoid manufacturer not planet in their design. The 08 reg collar is again down to a supplier problem and not an oversight in development like the A1.
